LIMITED LIFETIME

WARRANTY TERMS: The authorized ArmorThane Dealer will repair or replace, without charge, the ArmorThane pick-up truck bed lining which, after inspection by an Authorized ArmorThane Dealer, proves to be defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty is valid only if the product has not been misused, including but not limited to abuse, gouges, dents, chips, intentional pulling, removal as required by body work, stains or soils from chemicals such as paint strippers or solvents.

Armorthane spray in bedliner is a very durable product but is not indestructible, misuse will result in damage to bedliner which is not covered under warranty. Laying a sheet of plywood down first before carrying items such as snowmobiles, cement, rocks, iron or other jagged materials is recommended.

DEALERSHIP LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: This Warranty is valid only as long as the vehicle is owned by the person named on the original invoice. Warranty claims for ArmorThane pick-up truck bed linings must be returned to the original installing dealer. The ArmorThane Dealer will repair and replace without charge, the ArmorThane pick-up truck bed lining which, after inspection by an Authorized ArmorThane Dealer, proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

DISCLAIMERS: THE FORGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The entire liability under this Warranty will be to repair, or at the Dealer's option, to replace without charge, any product that the Dealer determines to be defective within the scope of this Warranty. In no event will there be liability for consequential, special, or inconvenience damages. This warranty may not be modified. This Warranty is not transferable. An Authorized ArmorThane Dealer will perform all work. Owner must present original receipt at time of claim.
