You can file your auto claim online with SGI's Auto eClaim service, contact an SGI claims centre nearest you or call SGI's Dial-A-Claim service during normal office hours at the claims centre closest to your home.
Have the following information on hand when you call:

Our Services for Auto Claims
We can work on all SGI claims including windshield and glass claims, as well as out of province insurance claims. We work side by side with SGi, and follow through with the requirements needed by SGI to work on your claim and repair your automobile.
Please Note:
Modified Refinish with Full Clear
If your SGI claim says "modified refinish with full clear", this means that SGI is paying only to repair the exact damage related to the accident, refinish only that spot, and clear coat the complete panel. This ultimately means that if you have previous scratches, dents, rust etc., these areas will be clear coated over. If you would like these areas repaired at the same time please bring it to our attention before repairs are started so that a separate private estimate can be created.
